Every full-service appointment includes:

Wash & Blow-Dry • Braid-Down/Prep • Installation • Style of Choice

For sew-ins and quick weaves, clients are responsible for providing the required hair unless purchasing hair directly from Victoreal Crown Collection.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Hair must be dropped off at least 3 days before your appointment when customization or preparation is required.

Please arrive on time and communicate your desired style before your appointment begins to ensure enough time is available to achieve your desired look.

DEPOSIT & BOOKING POLICY

A $45 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Your deposit will be applied toward your remaining service balance.

If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment when proper notice is provided.

No-shows will forfeit their $45 deposit. Exceptions may be considered in the event of a genuine emergency or life-or-death circumstance.

LATE POLICY

A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be charged a $25 late fee.

Excessive lateness may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled if there is not enough time remaining to properly complete your service.

If your appointment must be canceled due to excessive lateness, your deposit will be forfeited and a new $45 deposit will be required to book another appointment.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice may have the original deposit transferred to the new appointment.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the $45 deposit.

A new $45 deposit will be required before another appointment can be booked.
